Learning Objectives:

1) To let students to hear from the CIOYPA winners in how they can attain outstanding achievements in construction industry and community service at young age
2) To hear from renowed speakers at the YCC: Mr. Nicholas HO, the Belt and Road Commissioner and Ms Jenny YEUNG, Department Head of GEO (Planning & Testing), the first and only female taking up the post in the Government.
3) To allow more youngsters, especially young ladies to get to know more of the construction industry.
4) Ultimately to attract more youngster, especially young ladies in joining the construction industry.
