Objectives:
- To nurture young people as change-makers with a global perspective and the ability to take actions for positive changes in their communities.
- To encourage young people to take the first step lowards becoming global citizens through an interactive process of 'Learn, Lead, Decide and Thrive

Outcomes:
- Gender issues, child rights, and leadership skills are introduced through interactive workshops and activities
- Exposure trip is arranged to visit children and youth programmes supported by Plan International
- Participants then design and launch an advocacy campaign addressing girls' issues. Plan International provides funding and training for participants to implement their ideas
